MISSON

During the past few years, at first with Don Baiocchi at Baiocchi and Associates and later with an acquiring firm, I have spent the majority of my time working with individuals who are rethinking their career and life goals. At this stage of a person’s development, values and priorities begin to shift and new guiding principles are needed to bring about a meaningful and rewarding future.

I welcome the opportunity to play a role in guiding people in this process. My experience and education provide in-depth knowledge and understanding of the issues and challenges facing this growing segment of executives. Many of them thought they could walk away but now find they can’t; others can walk away but find they don’t want to. It was Oliver Wendell Holmes who said, “Most people go to their graves with their music still inside them.”

My coaching will bring people to greater short-term understanding of the things they care most about and provide a framework for living into the future and learning new songs.
